PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS:

Iberian pork meat, salt, dextrose, dextrin, pork proteins, vegetal fiber, aroma, spices, wine, antioxidant (E-301), preservatives (E-252 and E-250), colouring (E-120). Inedible casing.

ALLERGENS:

General population. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

PIECE 900g approx.

HEALING:
Minimum curing time of 3 months.

ELABORATION

Iberian pork meat with salt and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into fibrous casings caliber 60, which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives a special flavour and taste and red-pink colour.

CONSERVATION

Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

CONSUME

Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
