Product manufacture with Longissimuss muscle from the Iberian pig in a whole piece, marinated with high quality natural spices and later stuffed.
Coming from 100% Iberian pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Guijuelo (Salamanca)
Iberian loin, salt, paprika, garlic, antioxidant (E-301), dextrose, dextrin, pork protein, vegetable fiber, flavour, preservatives (E-252 and E-250), oregano. Inedible collagen casings.
Gluten free products. GMOs free product. Remove the casing before consumption.
HALF PIECE 600g approx.
Minimum curing time of 4 months
ELABORATION
Product manufacture with Longissimuss muscle from the Iberian pig in a whole piece, practically free cover with fat, marinated and stuffing in artificial permeable casings, different caliber between 57-75, treated drying and maturation process.
CONSERVATION
Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
CONSUME
Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
