ACORN-FED IBERIAN CHORIZO
Product manufacture with Iberian pork meat acorn fed, selected and marinated with high quality natural spices, particularly “pimentón de la vera” (a spice from the Vera region in Spain), mixed and stuffing into natural casings.
Coming from Iberian pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.

Iberian pork meat, salt, paprika, lactose, milk proteins, dextrose, garlic, oregano, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (E-252 and E-250). Pork natural casing.
General population except intolerant/allergic milk and lactose. Gluten free product. GMOs free product.

Minimum curing time of 3 months
ELABORATION
Iberian pork meat acorn fed with salt, paprika and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into natural casings caliber 62-65, which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives an special flavour and taste and red colour
CONSERVATION
Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
CONSUME
Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
