PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS:

Iberian Shoulder, salt, acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), sugar and dextrose.  

ALLERGENS:

General population. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

Pieces deboned and treated with a trimming process, whole in variable weight, vacuum packaged. 

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 20 months.

ELABORATION

Shoulder from iberian pig, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the shoulder a special flavour and taste, later it retired superficial fat and bone.

CONSERVATION

Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC.

CONSUME

365 days from packaging date.
