Iberian shoulder, salt, dextrose, sugar, preservative (E-252,) and antioxidants (E-331iii, E-301).

FORMAT:

Whole pieces with variable weight.

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 20 months.

ELABORATION

Shoulder from iberian pig, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the shoulder a special flavour and taste. 

CONSERVATION

Conserve in fresh and dry place.

CONSUME

 365 days from packaging date.
