ELABORATION
Iberian pork meat with salt and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into collagen casings caliber 50, which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives a special flavour and taste and red-pink colour.
CONSERVATION
Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight
CONSUME
Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
