Product manufacture with Iberian pork meat, selected and marinated with high quality natural spices, particularly “spicy pimentón de la vera” (a spice from the Vera region in Spain), mixed and stuffing into natural casings. The vela has a smaller bite size than the cular format.

Iberian pork meat, salt, paprika, pork proteins, sugar, garlic, oregano. Inedible casings.

 

ALLERGENS:

General population. Gluten free product. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

Whole piece 220g. approx.

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 45 days.

ELABORATION

Iberian pork meat with salt, paprika and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into collagen casings caliber 50, which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives a special flavour and taste and red colour.

CONSERVATION

Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

CONSUME

Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
