Pork shoulder, salt, acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), sugar and dextrose.
General population. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.
Vacuum packaged in a trays of 80g.
Minimum curing time of 28 months.
ELABORATION
Shoulder from iberian pig acorn fed, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the ham a special flavour and taste it which it retired superficial fat, bone and finally press process and sliced.
CONSERVATION
Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC until consumption.
CONSUME
Suggest removing the product from the cold and wait until it reaches room temperature, in case of not having enough time, you get an appropriate temperature without opening the pack, it comes with hot water for a few seconds.
