Iberian pork meat, salt, natural flavour, pork proteins, sugar, spices, vegetal extracts, wine. Inedible casing.

ALLERGENS:

General population. Gluten free product. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

PIECE 220g approx.

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 45 days

ELABORATION

Iberian pork meat with salt and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into collagen casings caliber 50, which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives an special flavour and taste and red-pink colour.

CONSERVATION

Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. 

CONSUME

Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
