Minimum curing time of 22 months.
ELABORATION
Shoulder from iberian pig, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the shoulder a special flavour and taste.
CONSERVATION
Conserve in fresh and dry place.

365 days from packaging date.
