Carefully selected piece of the hind leg of the acorn-fed Iberian pig, coming from 50% Iberian pigs fed on natural pasture and cereals.
Rounded and elongated in shape. When cut, it has an attractive purplish-red colour and a glossy shine with pinkish-white ivory-white fat seepage. With an exceptional flavour and a soft and delicate texture on the palate.

Iberian ham, salt, antioxidants (E-331iii, E-301), preservative (E-252,) sugar and dextrose.
General population. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.
Whole pieces with variable weight.
Minimum curing time of 30 months.
ELABORATION
Back leg from iberian pig, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the ham a special flavour and taste.
CONSERVATION
Conserve in fresh and dry place.
CONSUME
365 days from packaging date.
