ACORN-FED IBERIAN SALCHICHÓN

Product manufacture with Iberian pork meat acorn fed, selected and marinated with high quality natural spices, particularly black pepper mixed and stuffing into natural casings.

Coming from Iberian pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PROCEDENCIA:

Guijuelo(Salamanca)

INGREDIENTS:

Iberian pork meat, salt, lactose, spices, milk proteins, sugar, dextrin, wine, antioxidants (E-301 and E-331iii), preservatives (E-252 and E-250), colouring (E-120). Pork natural casing.

ALLERGENS:

General population except intolerant/allergic milk and lactose. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

HALF PIECE 600g approx.

HEALING:
Minimum curing time of 3 months

ELABORATION

Iberian acorn fed pork meat with salt and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into natural casings caliber 62-65, which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives an special flavour and taste and red-pink colour.

CONSERVATION

Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. 

CONSUME

Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
