Product manufacture with pork collar eye from the Iberian pig in a whole piece, marinated with high quality natural spices and later stuffed.
Coming from Iberian pigs, fed on acorns and natural pastures.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Guijuelo(Salamanca)
Iberian babyloin, salt, paprika, garlic, antioxidant (E-301), dextrose, dextrin, pork protein, vegetable fiber, flavour, preservatives (E-252, E-250), oregano. Inedible collagen casings.
Gluten free products. GMOs free product. Remove the casing before consumption.
Whole piece 400g. approx.
Minimum curing time of 100 days.
ELABORATION
Producto elaborado con la bola (cabecero escogido) del cerdo prácticamente libre de grasa de recubrimiento externa, adobado y embutido en tripas artificiales permeables de calibres 57,60 y 65; y que ha sufrido un proceso de curación adecuado.
CONSERVATION
Conserve in fresh and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
CONSUME
Remove the vacuum packaging a few hours before consumption.
