ACORN-FED 50% IBERIAN HAM
Carefully selected piece of the hind leg of the Iberian acorn-fed pig, coming from 50% Iberian pigs raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.
Deboned and treated with a trimming process. Shiny when cut, with an intense reddish colour and streaks of pearly-white fat infiltrated in the muscle mass, which makes its texture pleasant in the mouth and gives it a characteristic aroma full of nuances.

Iberian ham, salt, acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), sugar and dextrose.
General population. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.
Pieces deboned and treated with a trimming process, whole in variable weight.
Minimum curing time of 36 months.
ELABORATION
Back leg from iberian pig, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the ham a special flavour and taste and taste later it retired superficial fat and bone.
CONSERVATION
Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC.
CONSUME
365 days from packaging date.
