ELABORATION
Shoulder from iberian pig acorn fed, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the shoulder a special flavour and taste, later it retired superficial fat and bone.
CONSERVATION
Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC.
CONSUME
365 days from packaging date.
