

ACORN-FED 100% IBERIAN HAM "FIVE STARS"
A carefully selected piece of the hind leg of the acorn-fed Iberian pig, coming from 100% IBERIAN PATA NEGRA pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.
Deboned and treated with a trimming process. With a shiny and uniform appearance, dark red in colour and with an excellent fat cover that gives juiciness to its texture, a powerful aroma and sublime flavour.
It is our most awarded ham. We were recognised in the prestigious 'Great Taste Awards 2020', with the maximum qualification.

Guijuelo (Salamanca)
Iberian ham, salt, acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), sugar and dextrose.
General population. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.
Pieces deboned and treated with a trimming process, whole in variable weight, vacuum packaged.
Minimum curing time of 50 months.
ELABORATION
Back leg from iberian acorn fed pig, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the ham a special flavour and taste it which it retired superficial fat and bone.
CONSERVATION
Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC.
CONSUME
365 days from packaging date.
