SLICED ACORN FED IBERIAN SHOULDER 50% IBERIAN
Shoulder from acorn fed iberian pig , coming from 50% Iberian pigs raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.
It is shiny when cut, cherry red in color and with veins of infiltrated white-pink fat that gives it a creamy texture and an intense aroma, while maintaining its characteristic flavour.

Packaged in skin trays of 80g.
Minimum curing time of 26 months.
ELABORATION
Shoulder from iberian pig acorn fed, treated with salt (salting process) and after that a drying process which gives the ham a special flavour and taste it which it retired superficial fat, bone and finally press process and sliced.
CONSERVATION
Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC until consumption.
CONSUME
Suggest removing the product from the cold and wait until it reaches room temperature, in case of not having enough time, you get an appropriate temperature without opening the pack, it comes with hot water for a few seconds..
