Iberian mix with which you can enjoy the best Iberian cured meats in a quick and easy way. Selection consisting of: extra Iberian salchichón, cebo 50% Iberian loin, extra Iberian chorizo and cebo 50% Iberian ham.
HAM: Iberian ham, salt, acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), sugar and dextrose.
LOIN: Iberian loin, salt, paprika, garlic, antioxidant (E-301), dextrose, dextrin, pork protein, vegetable fiber, flavour, preservatives (E-252, E-250), oregano.
SALCHICHON: Iberian pork meat, salt, lactose, spices, milk proteins, sugar, dextrin, wine, antioxidants (E-301, E-331iii), preservatives (E-252, E-250), colouring (E-120).
CHORIZO:Iberian pork meat, salt, paprika, lactose, milk proteins, dextrose, garlic, oregano, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (E-252, E-250).

General population except intolerant/allergic milk and lactose. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.
Vacuum packaged in skin trays of 150g.
CONSERVATION
Mantener los productos al vacío entre 0ºC y 7ºC hasta su consumo.
CONSUME
Se aconseja retirar el producto del frío y esperar hasta que alcance una temperatura ambiente, en caso de no tener suficiente tiempo, consigue una temperatura idónea mojando el pack, sin abrir, con agua caliente durante unos segundos.
