Product manufacture with Iberian pork meat acorn fed, selected and marinated with high quality natural spices, particularly black pepper.

Coming from Iberian pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PROCEDENCIA:

Guijuelo(Salamanca)

INGREDIENTS:

Iberian pork meat, salt, lactose, spices, milk proteins, sugar, dextrin, wine, antioxidants (E-301 and E-331iii), preservatives (E-252 and E-250), colouring (E-120).

ALLERGENS:

General population except intolerant/allergic milk and lactose. Gluten free product. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

Vacuum packaged in skin trays of 80g.

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 4 months.

ELABORATION

Iberian pork meat acorn fed with salt and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into natural casings (caliber 70), treated drying and maturation process which gives an special flavour and taste and red-pink colour. Removed the casings and later sliced.

                                      

CONSERVATION

Mantener los productos al vacío entre 0ºC y 7ºC hasta su consumo.

CONSUME

Se aconseja retirar el producto del frío y esperar hasta que alcance una temperatura ambiente, en caso de no tener suficiente tiempo, consigue una temperatura idónea mojando el pack, sin abrir, con agua caliente durante unos segundos.
