Product manufacture with Iberian pork meat acorn fed, selected and marinated with high quality natural spices, particularly “pimentón de la vera” (a spice from the Vera region in Spain).

Coming from Iberian pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PROCEDENCIA:

Guijuelo (Salamanca)

INGREDIENTS:

Iberian pork meat, salt, paprika, lactose, milk proteins, dextrose, garlic, oregano, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (E-252, E-250).

ALLERGENS:

General population except intolerant/allergic milk and lactose. Gluten free products. GMOs free product.

FORMAT:

Vacuum packaged in skin trays of 80g.

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 4 months.

ELABORATION

Iberian pork meat acorn fed with salt, paprika and other spices and authorized additives; mixed and stuffing into fibrous casings (caliber 70), which suffer a treated drying and maturation process which gives an special flavour and taste and red colour. Removed the casings and later sliced.

CONSERVATION

Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC until consumption.

CONSUME

Suggest removing the product from the cold and wait until it reaches room temperature, in case of not having enough time, you get an appropriate temperature without opening the pack, it comes with hot water for a few seconds.
