Coming from 100% Iberian pigs, raised in complete freedom in the “meadow”( a mediterranean type of holm oak or cork forest that is called “dehesa”) which are fed on acorns and natural pastures.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PROCEDENCIA:

Guijuelo(Salamanca)

INGREDIENTS:

Iberian loin, salt, paprika, garlic, antioxidant (E-301), dextrose, dextrin, pork protein, vegetable fiber, flavour, preservatives (E-252, E-250), oregano.

ALLERGENS:

General population except. Gluten free products. GMOs free product. 

FORMAT:

Vacuum packaged in skin trays of 80g.

HEALING:

Minimum curing time of 70 days.

ELABORATION

Product manufacture with Longissimuss muscle from the Iberian pig acorn fed in a whole piece, practically free cover with fat, marinated and stuffing in artificial permeable casings, different caliber between 57-75, which is subjected to a drying process during 70 days and later removing the casing and sliced.

CONSERVATION

Keep vacuum products between 0ºC and 7ºC until consumption.

CONSUME

Suggest removing the product from the cold and wait until it reaches room temperature, in case of not having enough time, you get an appropriate temperature without opening the pack, it comes with hot water for a few seconds.
